POSITION OVERVIEW
For the Winter 2026/27 season, we are looking for a Sales Field Marketing Coordinator to support commercial, retail and community activation activities across the Swiss market.
Reporting to the Sales Manager Switzerland, the role supports the execution of retail activations, ski tests, events and community initiatives throughout the winter season.
Working closely with retail partners, consumers, athletes and mountain communities, the position plays an important role in strengthening the premium presence of blackcrows across Switzerland.
This role combines operational coordination, technical product representation and community engagement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Events & Community Activation
• Support the planning and coordination of the Swiss event calendar for Winter 26/27
• Organize ski tests, retail events and brand activations across Switzerland
• Coordinate event logistics, setup and on-site operations
• Represent blackcrows during retail and mountain events
• Support collaborations with athletes, ambassadors and local communities
Retail Support
• Support retail activations and seasonal initiatives with key partners
• Assist with shop staff clinics and product education sessions
• Gather market and consumer feedback from the field
• Contribute to maintaining a premium blackcrows brand experience at retail level
Technical Product Representation
• Develop a strong technical understanding of the blackcrows product range
• Present skis, outerwear and equipment with confidence and authenticity
• Support product demonstrations and ski test operations
• Act as a key contact for retail staff and consumers during events

PROFILE
• currently involved in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Passionate about skiing and mountain culture
• Strong interest in the outdoor and ski industry
• Organized, proactive and hands-on
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English, French is a strong plus
• Valid driving licence required
• Based in Switzerland Region Zurich/Bern
• Available to work weekends during the winter season
CONTRACT
Seasonal Internship - 8 month, full time
This internship is intended for students currently enrolled in a degree program.
September 2026 – April 2027
Location: Switzerland, ideally based in the Zurich or Bern region
Work Environment: This is a fully remote position. The role combines remote work with frequent travel across the Swiss market, including retail visits, ski tests, events and community activations throughout the winter season.
