Job Title: Customer Success & Business Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

The Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Success & Business Operations Coordinator to support our customer success function and wider business operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and operational experience who is confident using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI to manage customer information, reporting, and workflow processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer onboarding, contract administration, supplier management, compliance activities, and document control processes while helping ensure an excellent customer and partner experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Client Administration

· Coordinate customer onboarding activities including NDAs, welcome packs, and onboarding documentation

· Maintain accurate customer and partner records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

· Support and manage customer engagement and “Road 2 Success” activities

· Assist with customer communications and follow-up actions

· Ensure customer documentation and records are kept up to date and compliant

CRM & Reporting

· Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data integrity

· Produce dashboards, reports, and operational insights using Power BI

· Monitor customer success metrics and operational KPIs

· Support process improvements through data analysis and reporting

Supplier & Contractor Management

· Support supplier and contractor onboarding processes

· Maintain supplier documentation and compliance records

· Coordinate and support supplier audits

· Track supplier performance and contract documentation

Compliance & Documentation

· Complete client security questionnaires and supporting documentation

· Manage document control processes across operational and customer-facing documentation

· Support document classification and information governance activities

· Maintain customer, partner, and supplier onboarding forms and records

· Ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Essential

· 3+ years experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

· Strong experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard creation

· Excellent organisational and administrative skills

· Strong attention to detail and document management capability

· Experience managing customer onboarding or customer success administration

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Desirable

· Experience working within a cybersecurity, technology, or managed services environment

· Understanding of supplier management or procurement processes

· Familiarity with ISO 27001, security questionnaires, or compliance documentation

· Experience with document classification and information governance processes
