The Cyber Defence Analyst will monitor security event queues to identify and investigate potential threats while serving as the first point of contact for security incidents. They are responsible for documenting incidents, providing timely customer support, and collaborating with the team to ensure a coordinated response.
The specialist will lead technical investigations to contain, eradicate, and recover from cyber security incidents for customers. They will also support proactive services such as readiness assessments, tabletop exercises, and threat hunting.
Oversee the full lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, focusing on the delivery of Microsoft security solutions and managed services. Coordinate between technical teams, SOC resources, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate customer onboarding, maintain CRM data integrity, and manage supplier and contractor compliance. Produce operational insights using Power BI and handle security questionnaires and document control processes.
The role focuses on managing customer relationships, ensuring service delivery against SLAs, and driving account growth through renewals and expansions. It involves leading service reviews and acting as a trusted advisor to align Microsoft security solutions with customer needs.
