In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, assisting customers with foreign exchange transactions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service. What You'll Do

  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent documentation.
  • Maintain accurate stock balancing and reconciliation records.
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of foreign exchange products, regulations, and systems.
  • Represent the Mukuru brand positively in every customer interaction.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to pass competency assessments and ongoing training requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and confidence working with systems.

Advantageous

  • Foreign exchange experience.
  • Mukuru Forex Consultant Training.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Foreign currencies
    • FICA regulations
    • Exchange Control Regulations
    • ICFX system
