Description

Customer Service Representative focused on the requests of our clients regarding: Collections, quotes, shipments, deliveries, export and import processes, billing clarifications, loss or damage investigations, and general information.

You must have availability to work from Monday to Friday in rotating shifts from 1:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (TELEWORK 100%)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service areas
  • Conversational English

Grade 7 (Only for internal employees)
