We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can support customers with financial accounts, retirement plans, and life insurance. The role requires clear communication, careful handling of transactions, and the ability to resolve customer issues across rotational shifts.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–20 years of customer service experience in financial services, banking, retirement services, or life insurance

  • Hands-on experience with 401(k) and retirement plans

  • Experience servicing life insurance policies or products

  • Knowledge of investment products and the stock market, including equities and securities

  • Experience handling customer accounts and financial transactions

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
