Customer Service Representative

Switchboard Hiring is seeking a Contact Center Representative on behalf of our client, a well-established community bank (company name and additional details will be provided during your initial interview).

This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and solving problems — you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping customers navigate everything from mobile banking to Bill Pay. This role is fully remote after an initial training period of 4-8 weeks. Training will be completed at a bank location in one of the following locations: Greeley, Longmont, Firestone, Berthoud, Fort Collins, Boulder, or Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform a variety of complex duties related to customer and electronic services, including Internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay, and deposit-related questions

• Field inbound calls focused on supporting current customers with bank services

• Answer inquiries regarding bank products, services, and fees using standard scripts, dialogues, and talking points

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Resolve customer problems with professionalism and follow-through

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction

Requirements

• Experience in branch banking highly preferred

• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

• Strong verbal communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries

• Comfort with digital banking tools and technology (Internet, mobile, and telephone banking platforms)
