The Role 🧑‍💻

We’re looking for an English speaking Customer Service Representative to uphold our high standards and stellar reputation. This is a full-time remote role. You’ll be the friendly, informed voice of Rouge, helping customers feel confident, rejuvenated, and revitalized. 


What You’ll Do 📌

  • Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service via email, chat, and phone
  • Manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers feel heard and valued
  • Use CRM tools like Gorgias and Shopify to process orders and track interactions
  • Take on additional projects during slower periods between tickets and calls


 ✨ What You Bring ✨

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) — excellent grammar and tone
  • 2+ years in customer service (experience in eCommerce or health & wellness is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with CRM/eCommerce platforms (Gorgias, Shopify a bonus)
  • Ability to adapt to a highly informed and health-conscious demographic
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a great fit for a small, collaborative team
  • Knowledge of red-light therapy, biohacking, or healthcare products is a big asset
