Work Schedule & Shifts (PST): Operating 7 days a week with multiple available shifts:
5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST
Rest Days: Depends on SLA requirement (Common options: Mon–Sun, Tue–Wed, Thu–Fri; Sat–Sun off possible based on client schedule)
Compensation: $750 / month
Target Start Date: ASAP
Handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services businesses (cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.).
Represent the client seamlessly as part of their front-office team, answering calls pleasantly using client-specific greetings.
Take detailed, accurate call summary notes during each conversation, capturing customer contact information, inquiry reasons, and key details.
Send complete and accurate call summary notes to the client immediately after each call.
Maintain high attention to detail to avoid typos, errors, or missing information.
Receive full training on answering specialized client questions and booking appointments via client CRM/scheduling platforms.
⭐ Working Qualifications:
Previous BPO or call center experience is preferred.
Strong multitasking capabilities: handle live calls, take detailed notes, and send follow-up messages/emails simultaneously.
Confident communicating directly with U.S.-based clients to confirm directions or process feedback.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strong work ethic.
Motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to client processes.
Prior work-from-home experience is a plus, but not required.
💻 Technical & Infrastructure Requirements:
Internet: Minimum speed of 40 Mbps with low latency.
Computer: Minimum of 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM.
Power: Reliable backup power source to ensure continuous uptime.
