This role is available on home working or hybrid basis (working from our Surbiton office).

ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

  • Provide outstanding customer service across phone, chat, and digital channels
  • Manage a high volume of customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Share your destination and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
  • Solve customer issues with empathy and a positive, solution focused mindset
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team and individual performance targets
  • Maintain booking details and comply with company policies and data protection requirement

 

About You

 

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts (including evenings and weekends) between 8am–9pm, 7 days a week
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Team player who's also confident working independently
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Customer focused with genuine empathy
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
