As a Customer Retention (Sales) Agent, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Date Privacy

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Gauge Interest: Engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and interest in upgrading or purchasing new products.

Offer Exclusive Deals: Present tailored promotions, discounts, and incentives that are specifically crafted for loyal customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Drive Sales: Encourage customers to explore and invest in latest innovations, thereby contributing to increased sales and market penetration.

Enhance Customer Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers by providing personalized service and demonstrating commitment to their satisfaction.

Through these efforts, the team helps maximize the impact of the CRP, ensuring it delivers tangible benefits for both customers and the company.

You will also be responsible in ensuring that all customers have the right products and services.

Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.

Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.

Determine cross sell opportunities within our existing customer base, focusing on improved customer experience

Answer customer queries regarding recent product and service offers

Providing account information to customers

Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management
