YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support our customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7
• You guide customers through the entire pick-up process — from verification and digital pick-up through to the start of their journey — ensuring everything runs smoothly
• You are close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide reassurance, especially when digital workflows raise questions
• You answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• You review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs to be clarified
• You work internationally and, together with SIXT stations in various countries, ensure that our customers get on the road without detours
• You recommend suitable products and services, making the rental experience even better

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Language Skills — You speak fluent German, English, and Spanish
• Communication Skills — You can explain complex processes in simple terms, present yourself confidently and authentically in video calls, and find the right tone even in challenging situations
• Digital Affinity — You naturally use modern tools (including video calling), digital processes, and technical solutions in your daily work
• Flexibility — You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are willing to work in a 24/7 shift model including weekends and public holidays
