About the Role
At Molson Coors, we’re passionate about building iconic brands and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Customer Account Lead to take ownership of key customer partnerships and lead a high-performing multi-functional selling team across the UK.
This is a pivotal, customer-facing role where you will coordinate and lead all aspects of the Multi-Functional Selling Team (MFST), shaping and driving the short- to mid-term agenda (0–18 months). Acting as the primary point of contact with Senior Buying Managers, you will influence the customer strategy, build strong day-to-day relationships, and align cross-functional teams to deliver against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
As our Customer Account Lead, you will play a critical role in translating business and brand strategy into impactful customer plans—ensuring executional excellence while building the foundations for long-term growth.
This role is mobile and can be based from anywhere in the UK, with requirement to travel as needed.
