AI Summary

The CRM Systems Lead will build and own the HubSpot Service Hub environment, managing system administration, workflow automation, and data governance. They will also oversee agency partners and maintain integrations with internal systems like NetSuite and Dialpad.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional CRM Systems Lead to join our Corporate Shared Services team, an Accredited Labs company. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, multi-location organization and have a direct impact on how more than 20 branches communicate with and serve customers — by building our HubSpot Service Hub environment from the ground up and then owning it.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (not end-user experience), is comfortable writing and debugging code to extend HubSpot beyond its native functionality, and is senior enough to hold an outside agency partner accountable for scope, quality, and delivery.

This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

As our CRM Systems Lead, you will construct HubSpot Service Hub as the system of record for customer communication across our branch network, then own it end to end — administration, workflow automation, integrations, and customer data governance. This role is pivotal to giving branch staff one reliable system to serve customers, and giving the business a trustworthy, unified view of the customer relationship as we continue to grow.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own day-to-day system administration — users, seats, permissions, properties, and pipelines — and serve as first-line support for branch staff.
  • Design and build workflows using native HubSpot automation, extending functionality with custom-coded actions and webhooks where native tools run out.
  • Lead rollout execution for branch launches rolling out in waves — configuration, hypercare support, and transition to steady state.
  • Manage our agency partner day-to-day: scoping work, reviewing deliverables, tracking hours, and holding the team accountable for quality.
  • Build and maintain integrations with Dialpad, NetSuite, and internal data pipelines — monitoring sync health, diagnosing failures, and designing new integrations as needs arise.
  • Own customer data quality within HubSpot — deduplication, record associations, and property governance — as the platform becomes our customer master.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years administering HubSpot with hands-on Service Hub or Sales Hub configuration experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to extend HubSpot beyond native functionality, including writing and debugging custom code and webhooks.
  • Strong technical fluency — able to reason about data structure, system architecture, and integration design.
  • Experience managing or overseeing an outside vendor or agency partner, including scoping and quality accountability.
  • Comfortable supporting non-technical, front-line staff across multiple locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience administering HubSpot (or another CRM) across multiple locations or business units.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, such as NetSuite, and how CRM and ERP data connect.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, RevOps).
  • Experience supporting a company through an acquisition-driven or multi-brand growth model.
  • Familiarity with telephony platforms such as Dialpad.
