CRM Manager

As CRM Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how millions of football fans engage with OneFootball every day. You will own our global CRM strategy, creating personalized experiences across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and more. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and technology, you will help deliver the right content to the right fan at the right time, driving engagement, retention, and long-term growth across our platform.

Your role

• Define and execute OneFootball’s global CRM strategy, driving engagement, retention, and long-term user value across our products and audiences.
• Own the customer lifecycle, creating and optimizing journeys across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Deliver personalized communication experiences by ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time.
• Manage and optimize CRM channels including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and the mobile app inbox.
• Develop audience segmentation, automation, and targeting strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to continuously improve CRM effectiveness and customer experiences.
• Own and optimize our CRM technology stack, leveraging tools such as Airship, Refiner, and Jasper while partnering cross-functionally to deliver business impact.

Your profile

• You have 3+ years of experience in CRM, within a media, sports, digital, or e-commerce business, with a proven track record of driving engagement and retention.
  • Experience in product marketing is a plus.
• You are passionate about football.
• You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Airship, Braze, HubSpot, or similar tools, and are comfortable building automated customer journeys and audience segments.
• You are an excellent copywriter with a strong eye for visual design and can create compelling customer communications across multiple channels.
• You are highly data-literate, comfortable analyzing campaign performance, running experiments, and using insights to optimize results.
• You demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across teams.
• You are proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, and experience with AI, automation, or AI-driven workflows is a plus.
• You are fluent in English. Additional languages such as Spanish, German, or other European languages are a plus.
