The CRM Data Coordinator is responsible for researching, building, and maintaining strategic contact lists to support sales and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the assigned Sales Manager to build and maintain contact lists that enable them to meet their sales plan.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and define list-building requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant organisations and contacts based on provided criteria (e.g. sector, geography, job role).
  • Create accurate and targeted contact lists, ensuring data integrity and alignment with GDPR and company policies.
  • Input and update contact information in HubSpot, maintaining data cleanliness, consistency, and segmentation.
  • Regularly audit and verify existing contact data to ensure continued relevance and accuracy.
  • Monitor data gaps and proactively source updated information through online research or third-party tools.
  • Document and maintain procedures for data collection, input, and quality control.
  • Support reporting and analysis needs by ensuring CRM data is structured for easy extraction and campaign performance tracking.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. Fresh graduates with a background in data or data management (e.g. data entry, data quality checks) are also welcome to apply!
  • Willing to work in UK time zone.
  • Strong data entry, data management, and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand sales objectives and translate them into actionable contact list criteria.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations in the UK and EU.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for research and data validation (e.g. LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, web scraping tools).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience supporting sales or marketing teams.
  • Experience with data segmentation and CRM automation features.
  • Understanding of the role of a board and governance

*This position follows a remote setup with occasional meetups in the office
