Credit & Collections Analyst (Remote – United States Only)

About the Role

Enviro Resource Management is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit & Collections Analyst to support credit administration, accounts receivable, collections activities, and payment-related operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial information professionally in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and payment activity
  
• Review accounts receivable records and identify overdue balances
  
• Conduct collection activities through professional phone and email communication
  
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
  
• Maintain accurate customer account records and collection documentation
  
• Prepare account reports and assist with reconciliation activities
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment concerns
  
• Follow established credit, collections, and documentation procedures
  
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations preferred
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines
  
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
