Creator Recruitment (Affiliate & Social Media)

We are looking for a results-oriented Creator Recruitment Intern to support the growth of our Affiliate and Creator Marketing programs. This role will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and recruiting high-quality creators, influencers, affiliates, bloggers, and content publishers who align with our brand and target audience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using creator discovery and affiliate recruitment platforms, evaluating creator fit and performance, and building a pipeline of qualified creator partners for account management teams to onboard and activate.

Experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, SaaS, web hosting, website building, WordPress, or related technology industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use creator discovery platforms and affiliate recruitment tools to identify relevant creators, influencers, affiliates, bloggers, and publishers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified creator and affiliate prospects across social media, YouTube, blogs, websites, newsletters, and online communities.
• Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement quality, content relevance, brand fit, traffic quality, and promotional potential.
• Conduct outreach and initial qualification conversations with prospective creator partners.
• Vet creators for compliance, brand safety, and affiliate program suitability.
• Maintain accurate prospecting records, recruitment status, and creator profiles within internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate and Creator Marketing teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals and campaign priorities.
• Transition qualified creator opportunities to the Account Management team for onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Monitor industry trends, creator landscape shifts, and competitor partnerships to identify new recruitment opportunities.
• Assist in scaling creator recruitment efforts across key markets and strategic verticals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, business development, or partner recruitment.
• Experience using creator discovery and influencer marketing platforms such as Creator.co, CreatorIQ, Impact, Aspire, Upfluence, Modash, Grin, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, creator partnerships, and performance-based marketing.
• Experience evaluating creator quality, audience fit, and partnership potential.
• Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large prospect lists and prioritize opportunities effectively.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
