Full Funnel Growth is a remote performance marketing agency. We run integrated growth programs for medical aesthetics device manufacturers, DTC eCommerce brands, regulated retail, experiential entertainment, lead generation for service businesses, and B2B SaaS.
This role exists because of a specific problem. Paid social has stopped being an auction-management discipline and become a creative-throughput discipline. The account structures are consolidated, the targeting is broad, the bidding is automated. What is left — the only remaining lever with real leverage in it — is the creative: the hook, the angle, the script, the positioning, the sheer number of distinct ideas you can put into the machine every week.
Most agencies split that lever in half. A media buyer who cannot write, and a creative who does not read the data. We are hiring the person who sits in both chairs.
You will own creative strategy for a flagship account: a multi-venue experiential entertainment brand running immersive group experiences across seven US cities. High consideration, high emotion, group-decision purchase, strong seasonality, and a booking funnel where a single scroll-stopping second decides whether a birthday party happens at their venue or someone else's. The program runs on a target of roughly 500 net new creative assets per month at a 60/40 video-to-static split, spanning UGC, creator-sourced content, on-site capture, and studio work.
You are not the person who briefs an editor and waits. You are the person who decides what the ad should say, why it will work, and what we learn if it does not.
The creative thesis for the account. What we believe makes this brand win in-feed, expressed as a small number of testable positioning territories rather than a mood board. You define it, you defend it, and you revise it when the data disagrees with you.
Scripts and hooks, written by you. Short-form video scripts, hook variants, on-screen copy, voiceover direction, and primary text. Volume matters here: you should be comfortable producing dozens of distinct scripted concepts a month, not three polished ones a quarter.
Creative angles and the testing roadmap. A running hypothesis backlog mapped to audience, objection, occasion, and funnel stage. You decide the test sequence, the read window, and the success threshold before the test goes live — not after.
Reading performance like a media buyer. Hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop, frequency and fatigue curves, cost per result by concept and by format, and the difference between a creative that failed and a creative that was never given a fair read. You pull this yourself in Ads Manager and you form your own view.
Briefing and directing production. Clear, specific briefs to editors, UGC creators, motion designers, and our creative director. You are accountable for whether what comes back is usable, and for the feedback loop that makes the next batch better.
The creator and UGC pipeline for the account. Casting against the creative thesis, briefing creators, and turning raw creator footage into paid-ready variants at volume.
Iteration systems, not one-off assets. Winning concepts get systematically extended — new hooks on proven bodies, new formats, new lengths, new audience framings. You should find recutting a winner nine ways more interesting than starting from a blank page.
Client-facing creative narrative. Presenting the creative point of view, the test results, and the next roadmap directly to a marketing director and a company president. You will be in these calls and you will defend your own work.
You build, you do not just prompt. Our team pairs with Claude Code and Cursor daily to pull platform data via API, assemble creative performance reporting, and run analysis. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be someone who reaches for a script instead of a spreadsheet when the spreadsheet stops scaling.
You use generative tooling to raise throughput, not to lower the bar. A 500-asset-per-month target is not reachable by hand and is not worth reaching if the output is generic. We want someone with a real, tested opinion about where generative video, image, and voice tooling is genuinely good, and where it still looks like a deepfake of an ad.
You write with discipline. Our analytical work labels every substantive claim as extracted, inferred, or assumed. Numbers are exact. Missing data is flagged, never estimated. "Directionally accurate" is not a standard we accept.
Most of our work happens in writing. Remote, asynchronous, heavily documented. Strong written communication is not a soft skill here; it is the job.
Not a designer role. You will not be in Figma pushing pixels. You direct and evaluate; our creative director and production partners execute.
Not a pure media buyer role. If your instinct on a flat week is to adjust bids and budgets rather than to question the creative, this will frustrate you.
Not a brand-campaign role. We are not making a hero film once a year. We are shipping continuously and being judged on cost per result.
Not a coordinator role. You are not routing tickets between a client and an edit team. You have the point of view.
4+ years in paid social creative, with meaningful time in an agency or in-house team running Meta as a primary revenue channel. You have worked on accounts where creative volume was the constraint.
You have written the scripts. Not commissioned them. We will ask for specific hooks you wrote, why you wrote them that way, and what happened.
Fluency in Meta Ads Manager reporting at the creative level: breakdowns by ad and asset, video engagement metrics, frequency and fatigue diagnosis, and structuring a test so the result is actually readable.
Demonstrated command of short-form video as a performance format across Reels, Stories, and TikTok — including the craft differences between them.
Experience directing UGC creators at volume, from brief through to paid-ready cutdowns.
A portfolio of ads that ran and performed, with the numbers attached and an honest account of what did not work.
Client-facing communication at senior stakeholder level. Directors, CMOs, founders.
Remote track record with strong written communication.
Experience with local, multi-location, or venue-based businesses where creative must flex by market while holding one brand.
Experiential, entertainment, hospitality, events, or family and group activity categories.
Hands-on generative video and image production for paid social at volume.
Google Demand Gen and YouTube creative strategy alongside Meta.
Lifecycle and email creative fluency — understanding how a paid hook should carry through to a booking confirmation.
Experience with a booking or reservation platform as the source of revenue truth (Roller, Peek, Resy or similar), rather than platform-reported conversions alone.
Expect a short qualifying screen, then a working session. In the working session we will give you real account context and real performance data and ask you to produce a creative thesis, three testable angles with written hooks, and the read plan you would use to judge them. We are evaluating your thinking and your writing, not your deck.
