At Magic, we help busy executives and entrepreneurs get more done by connecting them with talented, tech-savvy virtual assistants. As a Creative Solutions Assistant, you'll support multiple clients at once — research, bookings, coordination, communications, and whatever keeps their day running smoothly.
This isn't a scripted BPO job. Every day looks different, and we value people who think on their feet, find creative ways to get things done, and own a task from start to finish. No VA experience required — we'll train you from the ground up.
Shift options: Day (5am–2pm PHT), Night (1pm–10pm PHT), or Astro/Graveyard (9pm–6am PHT).
(Note: this is the Magic-branded version of the title/JD. "Virtual Assistant – Client Services (Entry Level)" and "Remote Executive Assistant – Multi-Client Support" are alternate titles used for general job boards and VA-specific communities respectively — same role, platform-matched framing.)
Key Responsibilities

Handle a variety of client requests daily — research, booking, scheduling, email management, and more

Call clients and their contacts, unscripted, on the client's behalf

Use AI tools to work smarter and faster, with your own judgment keeping the quality bar

Communicate proactively and clearly with clients at all times

Document task details and client preferences so handoffs stay seamless
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
- Strong English communication, written and verbal
- Comfortable with unscripted calls and fast-paced, varied tasks
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)
- A proactive mindset — you find the solution, not just the problem
- No VA experience required
- Laptop/PC: Intel i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum
- Noise-canceling headset, webcam, stable internet (10+ Mbps)
You think on your feet instead of waiting for a script. You take ownership of a task from start to finish instead of handing it back half-done. You're curious about AI tools and use them to move faster, not as a crutch.
