We're looking for a versatile Creative Production Artist who is comfortable working across different areas of creative production from motion graphics and video editing to adaptations and versioning.
The candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on across different types of creative work and while also being curious about the tools and technology behind it. You’ll work with our creative production workflows and platforms, explore new technologies and AI-enabled tools, and help identify ways we can work smarter and more efficiently.
This is a remote freelance opportunity open to candidates based in the following countries/states:
· AMER: CA, CO, CT, IL, MI, SC, TN, VA
· EMEA: Amsterdam, Portugal, Ukraine, Spain
· APAC: Singapore, South Korea
This is a part-time, remote independent contractor opportunity. Please note that we are currently only able to consider candidates based in the countries listed above and who are comfortable working on a freelance/independent contractor basis. A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant motion, editing and/or multimedia production work is required.
Create, edit and adapt video and motion content across different formats, platforms and specifications.
Produce motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects and other relevant creative tools.
Edit video content, including assembling footage, making creative and technical adjustments, and preparing final deliverables.
Adapt and version existing creative assets for different markets, languages, formats and specifications.
Prepare, QC and deliver creative assets while ensuring technical and creative requirements are met.
Troubleshoot creative and technical production issues and identify practical solutions.
Work across different tools, systems and workflows depending on project requirements.
Explore new creative technologies and AI-enabled tools that could improve how we work.
Identify workflow or platform challenges and provide practical feedback to our technology team based on creative and client needs.
Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Design, Film, Animation or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of relevant experience in creative/multimedia production.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Working experience across motion graphics, video editing and adaptations/versioning.
Working experience with JavaScript, Google Apps Script, and Adobe After Effects Expressions is preferred
Good understanding of creative production workflows and technical delivery specifications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and ensure creative and technical requirements are met.
Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables within deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, production and technical teams.
Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
A versatile creative who enjoys working across different disciplines and types of projects.
Technically curious and eager to learn, with an interest in new creative technologies, AI and smarter ways of working.
Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable moving between creative, technical and coordination tasks.
Proactive and resourceful, with a natural instinct to troubleshoot problems and find better ways of working.
Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership while collaborating across teams.
