At Barry-Wehmiller, we measure success by the way we touch the lives of people.  We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing for our priority business needs like Engineer, leadership, and high-impact technical roles. Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with recruiting leaders and recruiting team to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives and to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process

  • Identify passive candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and industry networking, cold calling, in-person appointments and referrals

  • Source using current best practices and techniques for identifying desired candidates across multiple disciplines and locations

  • Effectively translate position requirements from the hiring team into a sourcing profile

  • Successfully execute multiple sourcing project responsibilities with minimal supervision

  • Use Workday ATS and other systems to track and communicate with candidates

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding employment practices

  • Ensure an understanding of Barry-Wehmiller culture, organizational structure, and open positions

  • Research and maintain knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitment of applicable functional areas

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with current sourcing techniques and a successful record of placing high quality professionals

  • Proven track record of identifying, relationship building and hiring of passive candidates

  • Strong technical skills using MS Office suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various job boards

  • Possess in-depth experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclature

  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with candidates and team members

  • A proven track record of matching great talent to career opportunities and culture

  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent

  • Ability to connect with and effectively communicate with people at all levels

  • Successful experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
