  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
  • A curious, resourceful, and collaborative approach to recruiting, with an interest in continuously improving how we attract and hire talent.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.

We believe great talent comes in many forms and that there is no one size fits all in hiring. If you feel you may be a great fit for this role but do not check all of the boxes, we encourage you to apply and show us why you're the right candidate for this position.
