Corporate Recruiter

LPT Realty is seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of corporate positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's growth by developing effective recruiting strategies and building strong talent pipelines across the organization.

As a trusted recruiting partner, you will collaborate with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and ensure timely and successful hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder service.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting for assigned corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the selection process through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Conduct Candidate Screening & Assessment to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment, providing hiring managers with well-qualified candidate recommendations and market insights
• Own Applicant Tracking by maintaining accurate candidate records, tracking recruiting metrics, managing requisition progress, and ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and Facilitate the Interview Process by partnering with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, gather feedback, maintain communication, and deliver positive candidate experiences
• Source and Build Talent Pipelines through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach strategies to attract high-quality talent for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices and market conditions 

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in corporate recruiting

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar HR software is preferred. 

• A strong interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
