• 親会社（日立建機）とのやり取りがメイン（簡単な報告やレポート作成、資料の取り纏めなど）
• 駐在員の住宅やビザ、保険など生活面のサポート
• 出張者・来客対応、会議調整などのサポート
• 文書管理、記録管理、その他社内事務サポート

年単位で仕事をして頂ける方を希望

週３日勤務（パートタイム/テレワーク可能）

将来フルタイムで勤務となる可能性あり

Wenco International Mining Systems is a global technology company headquartered in Richmond, BC.

We develop innovative technologies for the mining industry, including Fleet Management Systems (FMS), Asset Health Monitoring software, and Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS), which are used at mine sites around the world.

We are currently looking for someone to support the following areas:

• Communication and coordination with our parent company, Hitachi Construction Machinery, including preparing simple reports, compiling information, and coordinating documents and materials
• Supporting expatriate employees with housing, visas, insurance, and other day-to-day needs
• Assisting with business travelers and visitors, including meeting coordination and general support
• Document and record management, as well as other general administrative support

Position Details:

• We are looking for someone who is interested in working with us on a long-term basis
• Part-time position (3 days per week) with the option to work remotely
• Hourly rate of $24-$28, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Potential opportunity to transition to a full-time position in the future
• An excellent opportunity for someone who would like to use both Japanese and English in an international work environment
