LabCorp is seeking a Sr Clinical Project Coordinator ​ to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Work Schedule

Rotating shift - 5-day working mode

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Life Science

Job Responsibilities

* Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

* Complete required training according to required timelines.

* Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.

* Manage project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.

* Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed.

* Perform checks to ensure quality of work completed.

* Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.

*Monitor and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, issues, and concerns Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality.

Act as a contributing core team member by participating in process improvement initiatives and liaising with team members

*Responsible for pursuing an understanding of services related to the different clusters and client specific requests.

* Manage and solve changes, issues, and concerns of varied complexity work with little to no guidance, but requires some guidance for complex work.

* Other Duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

2 years’ experience in a quality review environment, medical technology, or medical sciences experience, or 2 years’ experience with the clinical trial process or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
