What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.
As a Contracts Manager, you will drive the growth and performance of WebBeds’ hotel portfolio by developing strategic supplier partnerships, securing competitive agreements, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding market coverage, increasing revenue, and ensuring the portfolio meets the needs of customers and commercial objectives.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships, from sourcing and contracting new hotel partners to developing existing accounts. Working closely with internal stakeholders and hotel partners, you will leverage market insights and commercial expertise to strengthen supplier performance, maximise production, and support WebBeds’ continued growth in the marketplace.
Supplier acquisition and contracting: Identify, negotiate, and secure new hotel partnerships to expand and strengthen the WebBeds portfolio.
Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and commercial success.
Revenue generation: Achieve contracting targets and identify new business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
Contracting strategy execution: Develop and implement territory contracting strategies aligned with company objectives and commercial priorities.
Territory performance management: Work closely with leadership to ensure the assigned territory achieves or exceeds revenue and production targets.
Direct contracting: Drive business through direct hotel contracts, securing competitive commercial agreements and maximising value for both suppliers and WebBeds.
Portfolio growth and optimisation: Manage new and existing hotel contracts, ensuring production targets are achieved and supplier performance is continuously improved.
Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to identify new revenue streams and support strategic decision-making.
Business development travel: Conduct regular business trips across the territory to strengthen supplier relationships, identify opportunities, and resolve commercial challenges.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, operations, finance, customer service, reservations, and technology to support supplier success and resolve operational issues.
Industry representation: Represent WebBeds at internal meetings, trade shows, industry events, and supplier engagements.
Contract administration: Maintain accurate contract records within company systems, ensuring all agreements are correctly entered, validated, and managed.
Supplier communication: Communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Performance reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to management, highlighting progress, opportunities, and risks within the territory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel contracting, supplier management, or a similar commercial role within the travel and tourism industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience using CRM systems considered an advantage.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and business environments.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities.
Strong analytical, business strategy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent English and Spanish required.
Willingness and availability to travel extensively within the territory as required.
