The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for interviewing, screening, and extending offers to potential field and office employees. Additionally, this role assists the Talent and Workforce Management functions in the successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business

Experience: One year of Human Resources experience

or

Education: An Associate’s degree

Experience: Two years administrative experience in Human Resources

Travel: 0-10%

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographic markets.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement, creating a positive candidate experience while assessing interest and qualifications.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and strengthen the organization's talent brand.
