GE Vernova is seeking an operationally minded Contractor Safety Coordinator to join our Global EHSS Team. This role is pivotal in centralizing the collection, preparation, and maintenance of external EHS customer accounts (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.) and managing internal governance for ComplyWorks globally. Operating at the intersection of strategic roadmap execution and daily operational support, this role ensures our Business Units (BUs) maintain the highest standards of contractor compliance while driving operational readiness and standardization across our global footprint.

Roles and Responsibilities

Profile

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of EHS customer requirements and extensive proficiency in managing third-party compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VeriSource) and ComplyWorks.
• Systems Thinker: Ability to connect enterprise strategy to field execution, with a strong focus on data integrity, standardization, and process improvement.
• Collaborator: A strong integrator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across BUs, Sourcing, Digital Technology (DT) and external stakeholders
• Operational Mindset: Passionate about safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Implementation: Assists in the rollout of the GE Vernova Contractor EHS Management TS2026 roadmap by developing templates, standardized formats, and procedural documentation.

• Team Leadership: Directs daily activities of the Advanced Prep Team, including task prioritization, problem-solving, scheduling, and cross-functional BU collaboration. Drives performance through KPI tracking and the identification of operational improvement opportunities.

• Standardization & Governance: Leads the standardization of ComplyWorks and third-party accounts SOPs, digital toolkits, and centralized file structures to ensure data integrity. Develops and maintains monthly reports account performance

• Stakeholder Management: Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ComplyWorks, managing inquiries, resolving escalations, and coordinating communications across the EHS and Sourcing communities to ensure consistency.

• ComplyWorks Improvement Tool Support: Supports the ComplyWorks tool improvement roadmap by developing databases, tracking projects completion, and coordinating with Contractor Management Leader, DT Strategy, ComplyWorks and stakeholders.

• Training: Updating “Learning Bits” and revising training modules; maintains ComplyWorks user training materials.

• Communication: Maintain communication in bulletins in ComplyWorks to Contractors and management the EHS Supplier guide roll out

• Support the Contractor Audit Program Assurance – Support the rollout and sustainment of the Contractor Performance Audit program including maintain databases and dashboards.
  

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in Contractor Management, Advanced knowledge of ComplyWorks and major third-party contractor management platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, monthly utilization reports, and performance metrics
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive standard work across global teams.
• Communication: Strong facilitation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to embed EHS priorities into daily operations.
