Position Summary

BWF Zuri is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Specialist to support the planning, creation, and distribution of marketing content across digital, social, email, events, and thought leadership channels. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with BWF Zuri's brand. 

The Content Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Event Specialist to help bring BWF Zuri's expertise to life by coordinating marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, supporting events and webinars, and assisting with content creation that engages nonprofit and higher education leaders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and collaborative project management tools.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CMS tools.
• Experience supporting webinars or virtual events.
• Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience working in nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, or professional services environments.

Compensation and Benefits 

Annual base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 (plus bonus potential) based on qualifications and experience. BWF offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
