THE TEAM

Ticketmaster's Global B2B Marketing team helps drive business growth by telling the stories behind our products, partners and industry expertise. We create marketing programs and content that build awareness, generate qualified leads and support our global sales teams. Working closely with regional marketing, product, communications and sales, we create compelling content that connects with current and prospective clients around the world while reinforcing Ticketmaster's position as the global leader in ticketing and live entertainment technology.

THE JOB

We're looking for a creative, curious and collaborative content marketer to join our Global B2B Marketing team. As a B2B Content Producer, you'll create compelling content that supports global lead generation campaigns, educates prospective clients, and showcases Ticketmaster's products, customers and industry expertise across international markets. This is a hands-on content creation role for someone who enjoys writing, visual storytelling, experimenting with new ideas and collaborating across teams. You'll help bring campaigns to life by creating engaging content and creative assets that support business growth across global markets. If you're equally excited to write a blog, create a LinkedIn campaign, design a simple graphic in Figma or Photoshop, or explore new AI tools to improve your work, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Create compelling B2B marketing content that supports lead generation, client engagement and business growth.
  • Write and edit content across multiple formats, including:
    • Blogs
    • Case studies
    • Customer success stories
    • Landing pages
    • Email nurture campaigns
    • LinkedIn and social content
    • Thought leadership articles
    • Website copy
  • Support global demand generation campaigns by developing content aligned to campaign objectives and buyer journeys.
  • Partner with product marketing, regional marketing, sales and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging content.
  • Repurpose long-form content into blogs, social posts, email campaigns, sales materials and other digital formats.
  • Create and adapt simple visual assets for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, LinkedIn, presentations and sales enablement materials using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar platforms.
  • Support Ticketmaster's B2B social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn, by creating engaging content that builds brand awareness, showcases thought leadership and supports demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and creative partners while confidently producing lightweight graphics, presentations and digital assets independently.
  • Publish and maintain content within WordPress and support updates to the global B2B website.
  • Help maintain editorial calendars and coordinate content reviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar to support research, brainstorming, drafting and workflow efficiency while maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Apply SEO and AI search best practices to improve content discoverability.
  • Monitor content performance and campaign metrics, sharing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay informed on B2B marketing trends, content best practices, AI innovations and developments across live entertainment and technology.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • 5-7 years of experience creating B2B marketing content, preferably within technology, SaaS, sports, entertainment or live events.
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating content that supports demand generation, lead generation or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Experience writing blogs, customer stories, website copy, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other B2B social channels, with an understanding of platform best practices and audience engagement.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar creative tools, with the ability to create or edit digital marketing assets.
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling, branding and content presentation.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization best practices.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content creation and productivity.
  • Experience working with a content management system such as WordPress.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms or content performance reporting is an asset.
  • Experience creating simple graphics, presentations, social assets or short-form video is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field, or equivalent experience.
