What Are Contents Claims?

A contents claim is a claim for the loss or damage of personal belongings, and are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Content Claims Specialist - Field to join our edjuster team in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. This is a field role, offering a combination of work from home and travel within the specified region

This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) assists with the inventory and valuation of a policy holder’s/claimant’s total loss contents. The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) helps list and value items lost in a claim. They handle claims quickly and accurately using edjuster’s process and our platform, Exclaim.
