A Day in the Life:

The Aible Clinic Consulting Specialist will join the UNiD Consulting Team reporting into Medtronic’s Enabling Technologies operating unit. As a key member of the Aible Clinic team, you will be a trusted advisor for the regional implementation and support of Aible Clinic technologies and services, including the UNiD platform and patient-specific planning services and implants.

Your role will be structured around three main responsibilities:
1.    Onboarding New or Returning Customers:

  • Guide surgeons, staff, and sales teams through the implementation process, from solution design to execution and customer success monitoring.

  • Understand and incorporate customer needs and preferences for a personalized experience.

  • Act as a regional expert for implementation and integration details of Aible Clinic products and services- with primary focus of UNiD.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customer contacts.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve implementation goals, ensuring thorough documentation and seamless product adoption.

2.    Maintaining Customer Utilization through process improvement and IT integration:

  • Identify and address bottlenecks and roadblocks that limit the use of technology and services.

  • Work with customers, regional sales teams, and the Aible Clinic team to set goals to drive adoption and increase utilization.

  • Lead the implementation of IT connectivity solutions for workflow needs, focusing on imaging and scheduling.

  • Ensure compliance with the Quality System, site rules, policies, and regulations.

  • Aware of how digital solutions integrate with Aible Clinic products and within the hospital enterprise.

  • Manage escalation, decision tracking, and resolution of technical implementation risks or challenges.

3.    Managing multiple operational initiatives:

  • Represent the team in functional unit or operating unit projects, and at national and regional conferences.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities.

  • Maintain consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including updates on scope changes, schedule changes, milestone achievements, and routine status updates.

Location: Remote with US

Remote: We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also involves 75% amount of travel outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement. 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR

  • Advance degree with 0 years of experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Medtronic or in a medical setting, particularly in spine or related fields.

  • Experience with change management methodologies, especially in healthcare data solutions.

  • Experience communicating verbally and in writing cross functionally with diverse stakeholders (i.e., operational, clinical, technical, sales).

  • Experience with MS Excel or other data analysis or programming tools. 

  • Technical expertise in PACS/EMR integrations, secure file transfer protocols, and IT processes (i.e., infrastructure, software, networking, systems implementation).

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, learning complex concepts, and solving nuanced or overlooked problems. 

  • Experience successfully working in remote team collaboration across multiple geographies and time zones.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$75,200.00 - $112,800.00

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
