Loop has built by a world class team of entrepreneurs, operators, leaders and AI engineers from different industries, ranging from cutting edge big-tech, management consulting, investment banking among others across companies like Uber, Google, Amazon, McKinsey and others.

What you will do

This is a post-sale ownership role. You carry a book of multi-unit restaurant and franchise accounts and you are accountable for their adoption, results, retention, and growth.

  • Own a portfolio of accounts from go-live onward. Run implementation and onboarding, get each product configured against the customer's channels and bank feeds, and confirm the numbers reconcile before you call it live.
  • Turn messy operational and financial data into decisions an operator will act on. Build the recurring business reviews, quantify dollars saved and recovered, and walk owners and CFOs through where they are leaking revenue and what to do about it.
  • Monitor account health continuously. Catch risk early from usage, escalations, and renewal timing, then run the save motion: diagnose the real issue, coordinate the fix across product and engineering, and rebuild the value case with the customer.
  • Drive renewals and expansion alongside Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations. Know each account's contract terms, product entitlements, and renewal dates, and land the renewal and any upsell.
  • Triage customer escalations. Reproduce the problem, pull the evidence across billing, Salesforce, call history, and product data, and drive it to resolution with clear written updates to the customer.
  • Partner with product and engineering as the voice of the account. Translate recurring customer pain into prioritized, well-documented product feedback.

Who you are

  • 2–5 years at Bain, McKinsey, BCG (Boston Consulting Group), or a comparable top-tier strategy firm. This is a hard requirement.
  • You are comfortable owning a customer relationship end to end, not just producing analysis. You like being accountable for an outcome a customer can measure.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You can build a clean model or reconciliation in a spreadsheet, structure an ambiguous problem, and defend the numbers to a skeptical operator.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. You can run an executive review and write a crisp customer update without hand-holding.
  • Structured, self-directed, and fast. You manage a portfolio, prioritize across competing fires, and follow through without being chased.
  • Bonus: experience in restaurants, retail, franchising, finance operations, or another multi-location, multi-channel business; comfort with SQL, Salesforce, or BI tools.

Why this role

You get the ownership and customer exposure of an engagement manager without the travel and staffing churn of consulting. You work directly with restaurant and franchise operators, tie your work to real dollars in their P&L, and see the impact within weeks rather than at the end of a project. Loop is scaling fast across verticals, and this team is where the customer relationship and the company's growth are decided.
