The Construction Supervisor will lead a team of insulation installers to meet production goals and revenue targets in the Regina area. Responsibilities include scheduling workflows, conducting site inspections, enforcing safety standards, and coaching employees.

For this role, we are looking for an outgoing candidate with supervision experience in the Construction industry to lead a team of experience Insulation Installers towards our production goals.
**This role will be responsible for day-to-day Regina Operations, which will be operating remotely and reporting into our Saskatoon, SK office (Thermal-Tek). Relocation fees are available on a case by case basis. Previous experience in residential insulation will be strongly preferred for this role **
Job Responsibilities:
· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities in accordance with the set schedules
· Schedule work using our proprietary automated sales operations system/CRM
· Oversee and coach employees
· Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
· Check production output according to specifications
· Submit reports on performance and progress
· Perform regular site inspections pre, during and post install
· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
· Address and service call issues
· Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
· Ensure production levels meets Revenue targets
· Solid Production Level understanding
· Ensure quality of work exceeds customer expectations
· Identify employee needs and schedule corporate training as required
Requirements:
· Proven experience as Construction Supervisor or similar role
· decision making ability that leads to meeting/exceeding production targets and goals.
· Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
· Advanced skills in MS Office
· Organizational and leadership abilities
· Communication and interpersonal skills
· Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
· Valid WAH certification
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Problem-solving skills
· Knowledgeable of manufacturer’s specific application guidelines (incl. performance rates for net free area of various ventilation systems)
· General knowledge of Construction Codes Act requirements for scope of work (incl. ventilation requirements)
· General knowledge of architectural drawing interpretation
· Building envelope principles
· Self-starter / Highly motivated
