Construction Superintendent

About the role: Remote position

We are looking for Construction Superintendent level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will be responsible for the day-to-day field supervision of utility scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction activities. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Superintendent serves as the onsite field representative, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, permits, and schedule commitments.

Location: Remote position

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• The Superintendent provides direct oversight of contractor field operations from a QA/QC standpoint, coordinates daily construction activities across multiple disciplines.

• Identifies and resolves field issues and supports successful project commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 4+ years' experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $50.00/hr. to $55.00/hr.
