This is a key leadership role responsible for driving construction execution across a complex industrial site--ensuring delivery is *safe, on time, and on budget*.

Idaho (Boise / Donnelly / Remote Flex) | Travel Required
*Construction Manager Responsibilities:*
* Lead end-to-end construction execution, including planning, scheduling, and cost control
* Oversee daily on-site construction activities and contractor performance
* Partner closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams
* Drive a *safety-first culture* (MSHA/OSHA compliance) across all site activities
* Manage subcontractors, bid evaluations, and contract performance
* Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs; implement mitigation strategies as needed
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and quality standards
* Support commissioning and transition of completed work to Operations
*Construction Manager Qualifications:*
* 15+ years of construction management experience in *mining, heavy industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects*
* Strong background across *earthworks, structural steel, concrete, and MEP systems*
* Proven success managing contractors and large field teams
* Deep understanding of *MSHA/OSHA safety standards*
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
* Experience working in remote or large-scale project environments
* High-visibility role on a *major mining project* with long-term impact
* Flexibility in location (Boise, Donnelly, or remote with travel)
