What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Compliance Analyst within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Legal & Compliance line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for performing BSA/AML and general compliance duties. You will report directly to the Compliance Analyst Lead and regularly collaborate with various stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Transaction Monitoring Alert Dispositioning: analyze any suspicious activity as defined by the BSA and U.S. Patriot Act
  • Monitor screening queues, particularly for inbound customers, to adhere to KYC/CIP requirements.
  • Monitor the compliance training program for newly hired employees.
  • Generate and review reports and account records to ensure compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations relating to AML, OFAC, POC, and PPL.
  • Investigate and draft suspicious referrals for review by the SAR Committee.
  • Participate in certain transaction monitoring system-based auditing events.
  • Assist in other BSA/AML or compliance projects as needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Prior experience in AML, OFAC, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Risk, and Case Management alert-based systems along with an in-depth understanding of testing methodology, risk and controls analysis, and business process mapping. 
  • 1+ years working with transaction monitoring systems in AML compliance, AML regulatory, AML audit, or related experience.
  • Related certifications (CRCM; CAMS or similar) are a plus.  Ability to write and implement automated transaction monitoring rules.
