**This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**

Essential Functions:

• Twelve-week Summer 2027 paid internship working in EMC’s Complex/Specialty Departments
• Participates in training and job shadowing claims processes.
• Conducts research for special projects
• Learns about and assists with writing coverage opinions

Education & Experience:

• Completion of Junior year, Business, insurance or related major
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work independently in the legal field
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Analytical ability to solve problems
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Copilot
• Excellent attention to detail

The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either the $19.50-$23.00 range. A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range.  The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
