C1-Level in Deutsch
gute Basic- bzw. B1/B2-Englischkenntnisse
idealerweise Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich bzw. Community Management
und/oder Erfahrung im schriftlichen Customer Support (Livechat, E-Mail)
gelegentliche Verfügbarkeit für einen Videocall mit mir und ggf. meinen Kunden
zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Wir arbeiten hauptsächlich über ein zentrales Tool, über das sämtliche Nachrichten und Kommentare der verschiedenen Plattformen bearbeitet und beantwortet werden.
