Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing loan requests, including borrower information, financial statements, collateral and tax returns for new and existing loans. 
  • Assist underwriter in preparation of credit memorandum and credit review. 
  • Perform site visits and member interviews for new loans and annual reviews. 
  • Cultivates and retain business member accounts through effective customer service. Assist in training of additional staff 
  • Treats all co-workers and members with respect. 
  • Supports, participates and volunteers in credit union member community activities, member relations and events that promotes member centric experiences.
  • Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
  • Other related duties as assigned including but not limited to conducting forecast analysis, preparing credit memorandums for review and providing support to the loan officers 
  • Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of commercial loan analysis experience with a financial institution. 
  • Experience with commercial lending analysis software 
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with commercial lending analysis software Good understanding of NCUA regulations in Business Services.

  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. 
  • Good organization and member service skills required. Strong analytical skills and decisive decision – making skills. Maintain confidentiality in all credit union matters.

Education:

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent related specialized course of study or program or work equivalent.

Pay scale by applicable geographic work location:

  • Alaska: Min $30.11 - Mid $37.64 - Max $45.17
  • Arizona: Min $26.55- Mid $33.18 - Max $39.82
  • Nevada:  Min $27.16 - Mid $33.95 - Max $40.74
  • Washington: Min $30.85 - Mid $38.56 - Max $46.27

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
