Commercial Insurance Operations Manager

LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for individuals who have a strong background leading others in a commercial insurance environment (i.e. large corporate risk management department, insurance carrier, or brokerage operations). 
 
This is a remote position to start with the possibility of being in office in the future. Preferred candidates should be located in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. 
 
The Commercial Insurance Operations Manager is tasked with: 

• Leading the Operations team to coordinate and manage the insurance document ingestion process from end to end.
• Training, coaching, and developing Operations team members.
• Identifying, implementing, and documenting process improvement initiatives.
• Providing regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for the Operations team. 
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of Lineslip products and features. 

Qualifications: 

• 5 + years of experience with a large corporate risk management department, insurance carrier, or brokerage operations.  In depth commercial insurance experience and knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading others in a large corporate management department, insurance carrier, or brokerage operations. 
• Ability to work self-sufficiently, as well as collaboratively, in a remote work environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment.
• Ability to independently navigate systems and tools.
• Successfully meet or exceed targets, working within tight deadlines.
