Collections Specialist

Description

This role will be primarily responsible for collections related to inpatient Workers Compensation claims.

Ideally, I am seeking a candidate with prior experience in both billing and collections for Workers Compensation claims. While specific Workers Compensation experience is preferred, it is not required. However, prior collections experience is a requirement for the position.

Responsible for A/R, and mail follow-up on amounts due from Payors, and third-partys on a timely basis in accordance with CBO policies for facilities assigned. Responsibility for timely collections and third-party follow-up. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is a non-exempt position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
