Cold Email and Outbound Specialist (Full Time, Remote, Nigeria)

What you'll do

• Set up and manage cold email campaigns, including domains, inbox warm up and deliverability
  
• Build targeted prospect lists of US agencies and small to medium businesses
  
• Research prospects and write personalized outreach based on real, accurate details
  
• Write short, clear cold email sequences and follow ups that sound human
  
• Run LinkedIn outreach alongside email
  
• Manage replies and book meetings
  
• Track and report weekly on emails sent, reply rates and meetings booked
  

What this role is not

• Social media, content creation or paid ads
  
• Cold calling
  

Requirements

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of hands on B2B cold email experience, ideally targeting US companies
  
• Proven results you can share, such as reply rates and meetings booked
  
• Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone
  
• Strong attention to detail. Every fact in your outreach must be correct
  
• Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  
• Reliable internet and a backup for power and internet
