The COA Order Processor is a member of the Central Order Administration (COA) Team and is responsible for processing customer print orders from intake through routing to the appropriate Staples Digital Production Facility (DPF). This role ensures that order specifications, artwork, and configurations are production‑ready and aligned to established standards so orders flow seamlessly through DPF automation systems.
Order Processors collaborate closely with internal partners, including Design Teams and DPFs, to resolve issues related to artwork or specifications prior to production. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring orders are produced accurately and delivered on time to meet customer expectations.
