Cloud Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (French Speaking)

As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Cloud Solution Architect in the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel organization, you help customers modernize their business applications landscape and unlock measurable value from their Microsoft investments. You partner closely with a diverse set of customers and partners to guide end‑to‑end architecture decisions, operational health, and solution optimization, all while being at the frontier of artificial intelligence transformation within the AI Business Solutions team.

In this role, you use your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 business applications and cloud architecture to design secure, performant, and scalable solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. You work side‑by‑side with technical and business decision makers to align solutions to their goals, anticipate and remove blockers to deployment and usage, and ensure projects can successfully reach go‑live and expand adoption. You collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers and account teams to identify new opportunities for value realization, performance efficiency, and organizational excellence, and you bring repeatable intellectual property and practices that raise the bar across customers.

• Act as the voice of the customer and partner by translating business and technical challenges into industry‑aligned Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions that map to clear business outcomes and return on investment goals.
• Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities for consumption, usage, and solution expansion by leveraging market insights, demand signals, and knowledge of Microsoft architectures and landscape.
• Guide customers toward well‑architected, secure, resilient, and cost‑optimized cloud solutions, applying Microsoft methodologies, proven practices, and change management approaches to prepare them for operational readiness and long‑term adoption.
• Anticipate, escalate, and mitigate technical, functional, and project risks and blockers using appropriate tools and processes to accelerate solution deployment, value realization, and broad usage across customer organizations.
• Lead and contribute to virtual teams by sharing technical insights, intellectual property, and patterns from Dynamics 365 and AI scenarios, and mentor others through readiness and upskilling activities that raise technical capability across the organization.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• French language

Technical Qualifications/Experience

• Dynamics 365 Finance and operations - deep technical expertise in F&O required
• Knowledge about relationships between Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure components
• Integrations patterns and anti-patterns with Dynamics 365
• Application Lifecycle Management | Be familiar with Azure DevOps features like:
• Azure Boards / Repository / Build and Release Pipelines.
• Power Platform: Environment Management / Environment Troubleshooting.
• Required practice with debugging and performance troubleshooting.
• Knowledge about integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform (D365 For Sales / Power Platform) and Finance and Supply Chain Platform is good to have.

Power Platform, Dual Write and Copilot Studio expertise will be considered a plus, together with experience in conducting performance and code reviews of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations solutions.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across France is € 69,000.00 - € 119,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
