For our sales department in Nihon Kohden Europe, we are looking for a Clinical Sales Manager DBU, based out of Poland (Home office)

Your tasks

  • Acquisition of, and sales support for, complex innovation or replacement projects and in-depth understanding of respective customer requirements to develop appropriate solution design 
  • Analysis of clinical processes and identification of opportunities for optimization in the area of clinical and data workflows in the Critical Care segment.
  • Positioning of Digital Health Solutions as part of the overall solution around the core products, as well as decision driver for healthcare modernization projects. 
  • Providing ongoing support to customers and Distributors during the introduction of new parameters and technologies, as well as modern Digital Health solutions. 
  • Managing customer projects during the trial phase in close collaboration with the responsible Distributor
  • Providing training on the clinical application of Nihon Kohden’s solutions, both for Distribution Partners and Customers
  • Developing and maintaining a network of clients and key opinion leaders and participating in trade shows and conferences
  • Acquire and exhibit market segmentation knowledge of his/her countries
  • Development of sales and product campaigns in close collaboration with NKE Marketing, Marketing Communications and new trends

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of medical technology and in debth sales experience in the medical device environment
  • Ability to negotiate and conduct business with clients at all levels within the public health sector and in private hospitals and especially distributors
  • you either have a medical education and relevant experience in conducting B2B or have studied economics or related fields with in debth experience in the healthcare market 
  • Outstanding communication skills, negotiating skills, assertiveness, a high degree of willingness to take responsibility, a confident and skilled manner, and a high degree of personal initiative
  • Strong teamwork skills to work remotely as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
