The Head of Quality Assurance is responsible for managing company SOPs, policies, and quality assurance plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will lead internal audits, support regulatory inspections, and manage the QA staff to drive continuous quality improvements.

The Head of Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring compliance with SOPs, OSHA, HIPAA, and study protocols. Communication with the investigator(s), team members, CRO, and sponsor is vital.
