AI Summary

The Clinical Partnership Manager is responsible for driving and nurturing partnerships with healthcare providers to increase referral volumes for the Collaborative Care Program. This role involves regular engagement with accounts, managing referral performance, and providing ongoing education to ensure provider satisfaction and program utilization.

Mindoula’s teams of case and care managers, supported by technology including a mobile engagement app, proprietary psychometrics, and predictive analytics, are the key to its success. Mindoula expects to expand rapidly across multiple business lines in multiple states and is seeking an experienced professional for its Clinical Program Manager role within the Collaborative Care Program.

Mindoula’s Collaborative Care Program (CCP) is a virtual behavioral health overlay based on the University of Washington-based AIMS Center’s Collaborative Care Model. CCP works in conjunction with primary care, women’s health, and specialty physician groups to provide care to patients with mild-to-moderate behavioral health needs. It is estimated that upwards of 20% of patients in these groups may be experiencing mental health/behavioral health distress.
