Tickmill is looking to hire an English and Arabic Speaking Client Services Officer to join our Client Services team!

What the job looks like?


The Client Services Officer will have the opportunity to:


  • Provide professional support to clients via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Assist clients with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general account-related inquiries.
  • Resolve issues related to trading platforms, account management, trade execution, and technical functionality.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate clients on the company's products, trading platforms, tools, and available resources.
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales role within a regulated financial services company.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • College or University degree.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of professionalism, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and team spirit.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on public holidays.
  • Availability to work the evening shifts only (15:00 - 23:00 Dubai Time Zone).


Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Deep understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options.
